Once I ordered a full colored and shaded image with a complicated back ground and it costed like $11. After about 2 months, I decided to check in on the artist. Normally I don't bug people about these things but the thing is, so many people have asked after me and got it with a few days. Anyway, the artist says he forgot and said that he was working on it. About an hour later, I received a ROUGH SKETCH which looked nothing like my character. I asked him and he started getting all like "Don't Complain, no refunds".
